Tara Baumgarten is a principal and co-founder of Agile Minds Collective, a boutique women-owned and led strategic communications consultancy.

 

She is a recognized expert in executive thought leadership, conference and media relations, and corporate storytelling—helping leaders from Fortune 500s, startups, and nonprofits elevate their visibility and credibility on global stages.

With roots in the arts, Tara brings a creative lens to every engagement, blending words and visuals to develop compelling narratives that strengthen brand reputation and drive business growth.

A believer in paying it forward, Tara is an active mentor of future communications leaders, and serves on the board of NHV Hockey, a non-profit youth organization where she serves as the marketing and PR chair. 

Jodi Sorensen is a principal and co-founder of Agile Minds Collective, a boutique women-owned and led strategic communications consultancy.

Jodi brings more than 20 years of global experience working in technology across corporate and agency settings, including with iconic brands such as Cognizant, Adobe, and Edelman Public Relations in Silicon Valley.

She is known for her skill in leading high-stakes media relations, executive positioning, financial communications, employee engagement, community affairs and crisis communications. Jodi has advised Fortune 500s as well as venture capital and private equity-backed firms on enterprise transformation and change management, exit strategies, leadership transitions, and more than 30 M&A transactions.
